It really allows you to enjoy a gearing ratio that is so much more conducive for everyday riding. A 52t instead of a 53t and the nice spin-easy 36t smaller chainring makes climbing sensational. It's no lie, keeping your cadence high you'll notice your climb times improve and fatigue reduce.

These are all machined by Extralite from 7075T6 aluminium, so they are strong and stiff. Combined with their excellent wear properties of the special "Hard Coat" anodising they are also very durable. It has the unique 15º ramped profile for some really phenomenal shifting no matter what brand of drivetrain you are using. They are also lightweight with some of the highest strength to weight ratios on the market.
